Biography
Based in Switzerland, Daniela Landherr is the head for employer branding and talent engagement strategies at Google.
As an advocate for Google’s culture of innovation, she is passionate about investing in people to develop individuals, leaders, teams, organizations and businesses. Daniela has 13+ years of experience in leadership, corporate culture, executive client management and People Operations, which equip her to share her insights into how Google’s working culture drives innovation and builds effective teams.

Outside of Google, Daniela is passionate about education, leadership development and citizenship – she has completed an executive program for women leaders at Stanford, is a lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration (HWZ) for an EMBA Program on Digital Leadership, sits on the Advisory Board of Inspire 925 and is Vice President of the Board of Examiners at HFW Higher Vocational Education Bern.
