Boris Becker and his success story made tennis a national sport in Germany. In 1985, at the age of just 17, Boris Becker became the youngest Wimbledon winner, which he still is today.

In his impressive career, Boris Becker became a six-time Grand Slam singles winner and Olympic doubles champion, winning a total of 49 titles. He also won a further six Grand Slam titles during his time as Novak Djokovic's coach.

With Becker as leader, a German team won the Davis Cup for the first time in 1988. Becker took the lead in the world rankings for the first time in 1991 with his victory at the Australian Open. In 1992, he won Olympic gold in doubles with Michael Stich. Boris Becker has thrilled the sporting world for many years. During his career he has won 6 Grand Slams.
