Benedikt Böhm: Reaching Goals and be successful, even when conditiones are changing.
Benedikt Böhm, CEO of ski touring equipment manufacturer Dynafit, extreme ski mountaineer and WWF ambassador, combines top sporting performance with management expertise. In his presentations, he shows what business leaders can learn from the precision, discipline and risk minimization of high-altitude mountaineering.
Known for his “speed style” ascents of 8,000-metre-high mountains - fast, without oxygen or outside help - Böhm reduces the risks in the “death zone” through meticulous planning and uncompromising efficiency. He completes expeditions that usually take days in hours: 17 hours for Gasherbrum II (8,035 m) or 23.5 hours for Manaslu (8,163 m).
As founder of the Helping Band brand and WWF ambassador, he is committed to the preservation of nature and marine conservation areas. Benedikt Böhm is a role model for courage, innovation and determination - both in the mountains and in business.

Inspiration between summit and business: Benedikt Böhm's lectures
Benedikt Böhm fascinates audiences with his talks, which are enriched by spectacular images and rare video footage of the world's highest mountains. It quickly becomes clear that he is not a risk-taking extreme sportsman, but a responsible visionary whose success is based on meticulous planning.
His lectures provide answers to essential questions: How do you focus on the essentials in order to achieve goals efficiently and with joy? How do you build momentum, calculate risks and use speed to minimize risks? Patience, flexibility and situational team leadership are just as important as dealing with uncertainty and fear.
Böhm shows that innovation often means reduction - in extreme sports as well as in business. He describes how teams act under pressure and how thought patterns can be used for change and resilience. His bridge between extremes and business inspires and provides practical impulses.
On request, he designs individual workshops or training sessions in the mountains, tailor-made for management teams.
