Anja Wyden Guelpa: New Work – how to attract good talent?

Beside her company Anja Wyden Guelpa is an independent board member of corporate boards, chairwoman of several foundations and she teaches Innovation, Design Thinking and Political Communication at the Universities of Lausanne, Geneva and the University of Applied Science Geneva.

Before moving to the political arena, the woman of action Anja Wyden Guelpa worked at the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (Seco), was a strategy and change management consultant at IBM Business Consulting and general director of social affairs in the Canton of Geneva, where she was responsible for 400 employees and managed a budget of 1.5 billion dollars.
Anja Wyden Guelpa studied political science in Geneva and Tübingen and after completing her masters she obtained a master in public management. She is perfectly bilingual in French and German (as well as Swiss German). She speaks perfect English and understands Italian perfectly and can communicate effectively. She speaks about innovation, leadership, Corporate Culture, Change Management, society, politics, democracy, tourism and philanthropy.
